”How can I shift my lens on these emotions?”

“I often tell parents not to take emotions personally from your kids, especially our beautiful ADHD kids, because it has nothing to do with you.”

“My child’s nervous system is constantly and unconsciously detecting cues –  like a radar – as to whether I’m safe and things are okay or is there a threat.”
