8 Types of Magnesium:
1 – MAGNESIUM CHELATE – This form of magnesium is particularly beneficial for children who are active or involved in sports. Its high bioavailability means that it is effectively absorbed and utilized by young bodies, supporting muscle growth, recovery, and overall muscular health. Magnesium Chelate is bound to amino acids, which facilitates its gentle absorption, making it ideal for children who may need a magnesium boost without the risk of stomach upset.
2 – MAGNESIUM CITRATE – This form of magnesium is particularly effective for children dealing with constipation.
