It’s not even Christmas yet, and I’m already feeling the need to detox. What about you? 

I wanted to share some quick tips to help you kickstart your post-holiday detox. I’m planning to start TODAY, but you can do these things anytime you feel like you need to detox. 

4 Ways to Kickstart Your Post-Holiday Detox:

? Drink lots of water. 

Drinking lots of water is one of the best ways to gently detox the body. 

TIP: Sometimes, all it takes is adding a straw to your glass to help you drink more water! 

? Sweat. 

The more, the better. So go for a run. Hop on the treadmill. Do some yoga. Play some basketball with your children. Do something that gets your heart beating and the sweat pouring. 

? Take detox baths. 

Add epsom salt to a bath and soak for about 20 minutes. I typically recommend 1 cup of baking soda with 1-2 cups of epsom salt in a full bath, up to 3 times a week.
